If you have small hands, the G502 is good, as it has a smaller form factor than other gaming mouses. My hands are small and they fit well on the G502.

Sensor wise there's nothing that beats the G502/G303, so choose whichever fits your hands more.

Naos 7000 is a palm grip mouse, not sure why you would even put that on a list for fingertip mice.

For fingertip grip, the G502 is quite bulky and heavy as shit.

Thus your only option on that list would be a Mionix Castor. Though I would probably add the Logitech G303/302 to that list.

I own and use, sorted from newest to oldest: SteelSeries 6Gv2. Microsoft SideWinder X4. Mionix Naos 7000. Zowie EC1 Evo. Microsoft SideWinder X8. Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0. Dell U2414H. Samsung P2270H. AKG K273 Pro. Sennheiser HD555. Razer Goliathus Speed Medium. Func 1030 L. Qpad CT Medium.

I used to own: Razer DeathAdder 3G. Razer Krait. IntelliMouse Optical 1.1. SteelSeries QcK.

G502 is not small? Its long and heavy and certainly not a finger grip mouse IMO.

Get the castor, much lighter than the rest, and more ergonomic.

I think it matters on what games you are going to play because all of the mice are very comfortable and the 502 has a lot more buttons and the 7000 is big so if you have a smaller then average mouse pad then you may have to get a new one and the side browser button layout on the caster and 7000 are the the same.  In my opinion i would go with the 502 if you will use all of the buttons but if don't think you will, than I would go with the caster because it is a newer and more modern mouse than the 7000.

None of those mice are good for claw/finger grips.  Check out the Zowie FK/ZA series or the G303.
