Video editing program

I need a video editing program. 

 

Requirements:

 

Free or pirate-able (I would prefer not to pirate it if it can be avoided)

 

Able to add sound to a video

 

Not windows movie maker

 

Windows 10 compatible 

I have an Anet A8 as my project printer and a i3 MK3 for when I want things to work. 

 

I extrude my own filament and haven't saved a penny yet.

 

 

My PC:

GPU: GTX 1070 Founders Edition (OC'd)

Cooling: Noctua NH-D15. 3 Intake Fans, 2 Outtake

Case: Fractal Design Define R6

Ik but I can't pay for a program so I need something I can use for free with no trial period or something that is completely free
