slow internet connection

A few days ago my internet started going really slow.

When I did a speedtest everything was as usual.

 

My internet connection drops out frequently, when a video is loading or I'm downloading something I won't be able to access a website.

 

I checked all connections and reset my modem but nothing fixes the issue

its been acting up sometimes recently

apparently a construction company accidentally cut one of their main fiber lines

I'm with a belgian provider called Belgacom

Are you using WIFI or Ethernet cable? My guess is WIFI? if so use Ethernet if you can't use Ethernet get a powerline

I'm using a powerline, I just checked my connection on my laptop with wifi and that works as usually

thanks, i think it worked

I can finally watch video's again without buffering every 2 sec and can go on other sites whike I'm at it.

 

But it's not completely fixed.  The loading of the page sometimes still takes a while. And playing a video on youtube disconnects me from a game like World of Warcraft
