Z77 BCLK Overclocking Help

I am trying to overclock my system with the bclk frequency but when ever i run a stress test, windows crashes. I can boot into windows perfectly without issues. I have my system on a modest over clock of 4.5Ghz and it is very stable on 1.265v with max temp on prime95 small fft's stress test is 75 degrees Celsius, i have been using this overclock for the past 8 months. Now i would like to do some tinkering with my system and get a little bit more speed out of it. I have looked else where but without luck i cant seem to find a decent tutorial on how to correctly adjust  the bclk. I tried from 103.5 to 104.5 frequencies with x44 multiplier but i failed.
Are their any voltages or settings to manipulate that would stabilize my system with the bclk frequency adjust and how much of a modest change i can make.

Im rocking:
ASUS Maximus V Gene on 1802 bios
ASUS 780 DCU II OC
3770k (can over clock to 5.0Ghz on 1.34v)
2 x HyperX 3k 120GB in raid 0
Corsair Vengeance 4x4Gb 1866 cl9 kit (i can overclock this memory upto 2000mhz on 1.65v 9-10-11-27 T2)
4TB Seagate hard drive
800w thermaltake tr2 psu
Cooled by xspc rasa rs750.

that multiplier makes your overclock even higher, that's why, you have to increase the voltage if you want to stay on that multiplier, you are going to have to change the voltage, reduce the multiplier to go back to your original clock speed (says at the top of Ai Tweaker)

increase imc voltage since you also overclock your ram's too

which voltages i must adjust and by how much?

no im not sure what does it called but i mean integrated memory controller voltage (which is in cpu) that voltage is related to ram not memory controller

You are not going to increase your BLCK clock very much. Just so you know. No one can.

found it, VCCSA, so how much volts i should apply. Note mine is default at 0.946v

i never overclock by blck. I dont feel safe ocing the whole system. Also some of my friends got random parts of their motherboards dying. Like pcie slots, rams slots, and audio and ethernet. 

I dont have proof to say that they die from blck oc. But i prefer to go for just multiplier oc

0.96v or 0.97v

lol. its not like he has been using it at 140mhz like @heineygoat he is using his 3770 overclocked to 4.2ghz with baseclock
