I'm having problems with my internet. My computer (connected to the modem with ethernet cable) gets really slow speeds most of the times. This occurred shortly after we got a new modem. I don't think that's the problem since other computers works fine with it. Sometimes the speeds are normal and I get normal speeds on speedtest. I have tried to solve this problem but I cant find a solution. I have avast and I have also ran malwarebytes anti malware with no results. Also when I connect my laptop with the same cable the speeds are normal, so the cable should be fine. I have also tried different browsers, different dns servers but nothing seems to work. I don't have any torrents running or anything. I have also tried to reinstall network adapter drivers. I have also tried turning off firewall. Any help would be appreciated.

This is the slow speed I usually get, normally it should be like 22/1:

Are you sure WiFi is disconnected from that PC (if it has WiFi build-in)?

Try using a PCI-e NIC and see if that helps anything.

what's that lol

It's an ethernet adapter PCI-e Board. It's what you would have to use if your motherboard didn't have a Network Interface Card built in.
