Network Issue Question(s)

Where do I start...

 

So two days ago and prior to that I would receive 330-350mb/s download speed on my PC. I have a Ethernet connection through cat5 in the walls that ha s a great (newly installed) network switch in my low voltage box. Yesterday I am trying to watch a youtube video and it's buffering. Never does that. I don't pay it any mind and press on. I go to play a game of LoL and I can't play because I'm contantly disconnecting. I go and test my speed and it will start at like 180 and just plummet down to 80. I tested it numerous times to get the same result. 

 

Time Warner came out today. They replaced my modem (I had a notorious relationship with the specific model I was using). They tested the modem to get 350mb/s. They tested my network switch to get 350mb/s. They tested my cat5 that hooks into my PC and got 350mb/s. I test my speed and I got 100-125mb/s. So there is definitely a problem here.

 

I just received my mobo (GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 by GIGABYTE) on Black Friday(November). Could my network card on my mobo possibly be shot? I tried updating the Killer Ethernet Drivers and they were up to date.

 

I have no idea what is going on, but there is definitely some issue occurring that is beyond my comprehension. Any feedback and help would be much appreciated.

Well, I do. So I think not only am I not getting the correct speeds, but it must be constantly disconnecting. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but my roommate was trying to watch something form the direct TV (which uses internet) and it said buffering. So I'm not sure what the issue is. I think it's just not a stable connection, but I have no idea what it really is.

Bump. Still haven't found the solution. Really bothering me. I was able to play a game of league with only disconnecting once. But paying for the highest quality internet available should not yeild this result. I really need help guys.
