Hello everybody! I have a problem with GTA V it stutters nomatter what settings i put it on. So i opened task manager and left it open while i played a bit and the CPU was sitting at 70-100% most of the time at 85% - 100%. Once i got a stutter i alt tabed out and saw that the CPU was at 100% and that was the exact time i got the stutter. I googled it ,but no one has gotten similar issues. Also got this PC a few days ago. Also checked the vram usage but it was at 1600 MB - 1950 MB at max settings. (ADV. options OFF). Thanks in advance. Please help

CPU: i5 6400 2.7 GHz

GPU: GTX 960 2 GB MSI

RAM: 8GB DDR4 at 2133MHz

PSU: 600W Forton 80 Plus Bronze efficency

lower the grass, shadow quality and view distance

you will never see more VRAM usage than the VRAM you have, it will just start swapping to system RAM or hard drive

lower the texture detail level if you suspect VRAM swapping might be an issue

monitoring your GPU utilization is far more important than CPU

He said no matter what settings.

and then he said that it's with max settings

Also do the stutter happen only in Story mode or only in Online?

do the stutter appear just when you start playing? - do they go away after a while?

do the stutter appear after you've played for a while? - are they periodic? do they happen at regular intervals?

No i have turned V-Sync off currently. Tried turning it on through the NVidia control panel it did not help , so i turned it off.

GPU is always at 99%. It stutters in any settings. It stutters in both modes. No it doesnt go away . They happen at random times.

I think it has something to do with my CPU beacuse it stutters only when the cpu gets to 100%

Added a screenshot while playing gta of task manager CPU usage.
