Gift for Mom, reusing a Dell XPS 630i case and putting in Haswell system for cheap :)

Hey guys, here's the list :) I could use some suggestions, as I'm thinking maybe I should step down the card from an R9 290? She loves playing Heroes of Might and Magic 7 and I'm looking to give her a computer for cheap that'll last her for quite a while :D
