Stresstest:

CPU: Prime95, but Aida64 is recommend a lot too (especially on many of the Intel CPU's)

GPU: Furmark if you really want to get your GPU hot, but I would probably recommend any of the other benchmarks I will list.

 

Benchmarks:

CPU: Cinebench

GPU: 3D Mark (the demo on Steam is fine for some benchmarking and it features quite a few benchmarks like the FireStrike one), Valley Benchmark (the one you often see on the LTT channel, you know the one with the dragon statue and the floating ship) and you also have some games with built in benchmarks (Bioshock Infinite, TombRaider 2012 and Metro Last Light for example)
