The H110i GTX is only if you're doing some serious overclocking since it's a water cooled block.

As PCPartPickerPro said, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is a great option for noise removal and some light overclocking. Just make sure you have enough room in your case for the Hyper 212 EVO, it's a tall cooler.

 

But relating to the question, yes, it is an excellent cooler.
