@ how is it not normal? what does it mean?

Well I guess you mean slight vibrations? It's just that other than the fan in your PSU nothing else is moving so it shouldn't vibrate much if at all. IIRC the 350D has anti vibration PSU mounts. Like I said try tightening the screws.

@ ok. one the top right screw doesn't tighten properly (green in picture), i think that hole for the screw in this 6 month old psu is a bit threaded, still doesn't explain why it stops once it is hot though...

also in this picture:

which screws are suppose to be in the case to psu? because of all other peoples rigs that I have seen they just screwed the inside edge screw(red) and not the outside edge screw (blue) ???

@WoodenMarker please help here too?

It might be the fan slightly out of place It being warm might expand some parts that allow the fan to spin more smoothly.

just a guess though.

@WoodenMarker should i be worried then?

If it's really the fan vibrating, you should RMA it. I'm not sure it it's a big deal though.

@WoodenMarker ok, also please answer my question about the psu screw holes

Screw in whatever holes line up with your psu.

@WoodenMarker ok, also please answer my question about the psu screw holes

It doesn't really matter imo because the screw holes are there to only secure the psu. In my case, I screwed  the red and green and the two bottom screws that are located on the corners.
