Yes you can. all three display port can all be active at the same time.

Hi i am looking at getting a multi monitor set up. i have a MSI 750ti and want to run 3 screens. One off of the VGA, DVID and HDMI. would this work?

Just make sure you connect the VGA adapter to the DVI-I port.

i dont have a DVI-I port. I have a VGA which i want to connect to one monitor and a DVI-D to another and HDMI to another.
