Case/Mobo size

Go to solution Solved by Raboo,

yes the corsair 300r is atx and the Crosshair V Formula is atx

I was wondering if I could stuff a Crosshair V Formula mobo and two DIRECTCU II 7790's into a Corsair 300R case, and still have room for something like a sound card later and maybe a monster air or water cooler.

They will fit next to each other. Soundcar should fit since its an ATX mobo. About watercooling you would propably need to get rig of the 5.25 bays and HDD cages.

You would get something like this:

Note he is using propably Pump/res combo in 5.25 bays (propably XSPC)

Is that your build or just a regular pic off the internet?

I own Bitfenix Prodigy. I wouldnt run Hx0 on CPU and custom loop on graphic cards.

Instead of the bottom radiator (one glowing white) you could put HDD cage there then use Pump/Res combo in 5.25 bay and (i dunno which one is it) propably 240 rad in front.

Looks like an "H" series loop from corsair that've been expanded.

Everyone have a cool signature. I don't, so I thought I would write something.

- Cool right?

The hose to the 5.25 bay shows more like Pump/Res combo from XSPC. Dont think H series pump would be enough.
