What CPU should i get for $600 or less?

I've been looking at the CPUs but can't decide which one to choose from since a lot of them are good options..

Is this your entire budget for a PC? or just your CPU? and if it is for your PC how much storage do you need? How fast? are you going to get a graphics card? and do you want to overclock? also do want to game with this?

5820K, unless you NEED Skylake features(5820K beats 6700K in everything except really badly optimised games)

Any PSU is modular if you try hard enough....
