The Instinct one is clearly better as it has more buttons and knobs, but it also a lot more expensive.

There both very small so may not be as easy to use. Try looking at the second hand market if you just after a DJ deck as you can get old decks which only had SD cards really cheap, and if you dont mind using a SD card to transfer music its fine. But if you want it to run off a computer for tracktor or something it depends if you want buttons or just the mixing decks. I still recommend looking second hand for that price.

It only takes CDs but if you dont mind burning cds just to learn how to use them well. I know its bit over your budget but its just a example
