Best Case fan?

Need a really quiet and good 140mm exhaust fan i dont care about the price!

My build is white so i preferably want a white one but it doesnt really matter

nf f12 is 120mm not 140mm

I know, but people will always recommend a noctua fam, when there are other fans that perform better, for example the nb eloops

Nvm my radiator is 120mm what should be two good fans for that?

Fractal Venturi HF. I have these, and I love them. Quiet as hell, lots of airflow and they look really good.
