The download on the site is not as obvious as it should be and can be looked over easily.

all you need to do is scroll down...

its extremely common for downloads to be at the bottom of a page too

Yes but it seems the OP scanned over it, it is very easy to do on that site and I admit I've done it before also since I was looking for an obvious "download" button.

Look at the site, on the right it shows the supported operating systems. For the average user who is not use to the site they will assume that is were the download is/should be (I did the first time) and might not scroll down to check (as I assume the OP might have done) it is a rookie mistake and is not that hard to do if you have never visited that site before and just trying to find the download.

I don't torrent, don't download porn and I dont play more than 2 video games once in a blue moon so no I don't download stuff often, but I sure do know a good website layout from a bad one and IMO the download for Cinebench should be a little bit more obvious than it currently is. (same goes for many sites)

yeah, you definitely dont download stuff often

all i had to do was google, click the first result, and scroll until I see an underlined link that says either "download" or  "cinebench" or both

not that hard really
just takes some patience and knowledge

and just fyi a lot of the time the really obvious big green download button is adware or a virus, so clicking those without checking the rest of the webpage is usually a horrible idea

Understandable, there are still ways to make the download more obvious such as putting it with the list of supported operating systems. Like I said personally I dont find it to be in a good location on the website seeing people appear to ask quite often were to find it. Even changing the font color would help for the "new comers"
