do not upgrade to windows 10 slows your internet down dramatically cause it keeps sending information to Microsoft even though those services are turned off also not game friendly cause most games are locked in windows 7 and windows xp. You will need more things to tweek if your a gamer running windows 10

You will need more things to tweak if you're a gamer running windows

There is no problem with windows 10 and games. Yes, some old games don't run as well, but that is to be expected from any software upgrade.

I can say that windows 10 feels quicker in some areas than 8.1 and 7. Different in others. I recommend the upgrade to for anybody with anything more than a $200 laptop.

Also, dead island runs fine for me.

PC is about the "tweaking"

Blatantly saying windows 10 is bad is just stating your opinion, and not continuing the usefulness of the tread. Don't show bias.

if you typed any of that out online somewhere like purchases then someone somewhere already has your information ;P Email stored anywhere is already giving your information to someone I'm sure, and remember at the end of the day Google is taking more information from you than Microsoft. *hands you a tin foil hat* <3

I have a Core 2 Duo last gen with 4GB of RAM DDR2 laptop, and a low-end Nvidia Quadro NVS cjip with 256MB DDR2 dedicated GPU memory,  with Win10 64-bit (system was upgraded to an SSD). It runs great, better than WIndows7 (and Vista before it), about the same as Windows 8 when it was on it.  So I think, if your laptop is better than my 2008 laptop, than you should be fine :)
