Replacement for Aida64?

If you just need it for temps, I use realtemp. It's a free program

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.

Idk then. Personally I think idle temps and load temps are the only ones that matter so realtemp or hwmonitor will suffice. You could always buy Aida. Intel XTU might have temp readings but I'm not too sure. Haven't used it in too long.

Like I would need it as a stress test. Sorry for not specifying

Try Intel XTU then. I'm pretty sure that's a free program.

Ohhh yeah forgot about that. You can use Prime95 along with realtemp or hwmonitor.
