i just built my first pc with some friends who have a lot more experience than i do. i used the nzxt kraken x61 as a cooler for my pc and its obviously pumping but with every boot into bios  my cpu temp goes way up  at first we checked plugging in the usb connector to the mother board an on startup everything just went down like completely shut off so we unplugged  that

it booted again and the temps went straight up  the only thing we haven't done is checked the connection to the thermal paste because were pretty sure thats not our problem.

PLEASE HELP weve been trouble shooting for around a half hour

does it continue to go up?

Intel CPU can go up to 100 degrees before it shut down

use the stock cooler and see what temps you are getting
