Well.. It's up to you.  You can overclock with it, it just depends what kind of temps you're comfortable with.  I personally wouldn't bother with it on any cooler with a 120/140mm rad.  I use the h60 on a stock i7 and see (with stock fan speeds) temps around 65-70 while running games that utilize the cpu a good bit.  

 

If you want to overclock, I would either go with something with at least a 240mm rad or a beefier air cooler.
