Im going to sell my old R7 250x twin frozer 2gb for about £50-60 on ebay 

My current cpu is amd athlon 860k

 

I would like to know shoud I buy a full atx motherboard or a coolermaster seidonV to overclock the cpu

If your board already supports overclocking then cooling is more important, the board plays no part in cooling

The motherboard you have doesn't have heatsinks on the VRMs, so they rely on airflow to cool them down. An AIO water cooler produces 0 airflow over the VRMs, so they would run hotter, which could make for unstable OC's, so I suggest you get a better board.
