good case fans ?

Get some Noctua's NF-P12's or some NF-S12A's, they are great, but won't win a beauty contest.

If you're just getting case fans, I personally would just get cheaper fans rather than something like Noctuas, they are quiet yes, but are so expensive =_= I would get CoolerMaster SickleFlow (X) fans, or if you're looking for white LEDs, Bitfenix Spectres are an okay option, though they don't push as much air.

CoolerMaster Storm Scout 2 Black - Intel Core i5-4570 - CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 Evo - Sapphire Radeon HD7950 - Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB - ASRock Fatal1ty H87 Performance - Seagate Baracuda 1TB HDD - Sandisk SSD Plus 240GB - Seasonic G-550 - BenQ GW2255 21.5" LED Monitor

2016 MacBook Pro 13" - Google Pixel

i don't have sickleflow with white led here,  and the bitfenix cost like 2 corsair

Silverstone's Air Penertrators are a good option if you need air flow over a particular place with pressure. (eg. over a hard drive bay.)

Note, if you do go Noctua, they still get loud at max RPM..especially the 140mm ones.

Every fan gets loud at max rpm ._.
