no it does not have the same connector

they usually have a much smaller connector, or have the wires soldered in

 

if you want to swap it out you will almost certainly need to cut the wires on the old fan, cut the connector off your new fan, make sure all the pinouts are correct, then strip the wires and attach them together, preferably by soldering them

i wouldn't recommend doing it just because it has the potential to kill you. plus i pretty sure the fans are soldered into a pcb which means you would have to desolder than resolder it in.

edit i guess they are not soldered in

Are there adapters I can get for the connectors? I just wanna put a noctua in.

Usually they are 2 pin fans inside of a PSU sometimes 3 pin, there are adapters like this. As per the regular safety thing when opening a PSU be sure to unplug and let it sit for at leas 30-60 mins before opening and when open be mindful of the contacts of the large capacitors and to not touch them.

Or just plug it directly into the wall,grab one capaciter in each hand and hang on for the ride. xD  Thanks for finding the adapter.
