Hey there NFSU :)

The build looks pretty well planned and good! What are you going to do with it?

A couple of notes from me:

 - You can go with 2x8GB memory instead of 4x4GB for easier upgrade down the road if you ever need to. The performance difference shouldn't be noticeable for gaming unless you are doing some work that is RAM-intensive. This way you can even save some funds!

- WD Red drives are designed for NAS and RAID usage and aren't really recommended for regular desktop usage. You shouldn't' notice any problems with them but it would be an overkill and you won't see any deference in performance or data safety. I would recommend checking out WD Blue 2TB drives since you already have a SSD for the OS and the most demanding applications. This drive should handle everything you put on it and should serve you well. :) Here's a link: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=wiAi9O

Don't see any problems with it, except that wd red drives are meant for raid arrays. Other than that, really nice build. Post some pics!

Actually didnt know that thing about WD REDs :) Thanks! I'll quote you some pics under this post in a few days ;)

Imperius, what (in your opinion) resolution should i run with this build?

1440p for any graphicly demanding or AAA games at high settings and 4k for anything slightly less demanding or if you are willing to turn down the settings a tad (for only the most demanding games)

I'm here to help people and have fun. Feel free to chat!

Whatever monitor you have. The 980ti should be able to max out any game at 1440p but you will need to turn down some graphical settings for 4k

Longboarders/ skaters message me!

I'm looking forward to some intensive gaming (hopefully)! Thanks for your answer Cap, it's very nice of you. I will put some pics on when my parts come. Yeah, i thought about 2x8gb for ram, but if i'm going to use it mainly on gaming will I need more than 16gb in the next 5 years or so? Thanks in advance for your reply
