You won't know the specs till they come out but you can find rumored specs on google and all the other unofficial things.

You cannot. They are under NDA. Meaning no one that knows that stuff is not allowed to talk about it.

Wait for September 25th, when they announce all that stuff.

if those rumors are true AMD might strike hard again like they did with 7970 it was just a HUGE jump

But they work in Tick Tock fashion. The Tick is the power difference, the Tock is the efficiency difference.

7970->9970 (or wtv) is a Tock.

Not sure about that, tick-tock is definitely intels thing.

 

Also technically; wouldn't the 7870-->7970?
