Cheapest solution for more USB ports?

So soon I'll be getting a K70 RGB, I noticed that it needs 2 USB ports. Unfortunately I'm all out of USB ports (Mic/Mouse/Keyboard/Tablet/Webcam/USBWifiAdapter). I also don't have any USB 3.0 on my motherboard (internal/backside)so I cannot just get by with 1 wire connected on the K70. My case does have a USB 3.0 front but there's no header on the motherboard

So i'm looking for suggestions. I hope that I don't have to sacrifice performance in any of my peripherals. I hope to spend less then $10 CAD.

I guess if I do go with a USB hub, another question is does it matter specifically what peripherals I should connect it to

Does it really need two? On my K70 veng, I thought the second one was only for USB passthrough, anyway, here's a 4 port USB pcie card.

RGB does because the RGB's need extra power.

If you still have USB header on your mobo (which you most certainly do) this will do. That is a two port usb back panel header from mobo usb header

System Spec: H87 mobo from Zotac, I3 4130, 4GB ddr3 1600mhz Cas 11, WD green 2TB all in side of a Cooler Mater Elite 120
