You're CPU is fine. Just keep it under 72 c.

Your cpu can handle up to 80-85°C. Best to keep it below 80 tho. So you have a ways to go before it starts becoming a problem.

Temperature fluctuations are common. It could be the room being a bit warmer, the heatsink/radiator might have a bit of dust. Your cpu might be working a bit harder. Don't worry about it. It will be fine. If the temps keep going up, you probably just have to clean the heatsink.

My rig:
CPU: i5 4690k 24/7 @4.4ghz (1.165v) Max 4.7ghz (1.325v) COOLER: NZXT Kraken X61 MOBO: Asus Z97-A   RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical   GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC   PSU: EVGA GS 650W   CASE: NZXT Phantom 530 HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB + WD Black 2TB
