Well I would say go intel because most likely somewhere down the line you're going to want to upgrade to an i5 but honestly if your dead set on that price point I would go for the M-ATX with the FX-8320 because you're squeezing the most power possible out of that budget I was actually quite surprised by that tbh but you just won't be able to upgrade like you can on the 1150 intel socket. it's a tough decision and I'm glad i'm not making it  in summary though intel if you see yourself upgrading and AMD if your not with the M-ATX mobo or ATX if you can find it at that price.

thanks this really helps but i stil have to make the decision
