If the RSS feed does what you want, use that, but if not, there's no problem with you scraping the content from the page, as long as you don't go overboard (lets say once per second is a reasonable rate limit, though cloudflare might have something to say about that).

Thank you, the RSS should be enough, and even if I have to resort to scraping I wouldn't need to do it more than once a minute.
