What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better. For gaming micecraft, fallout 4, GTA V, Just Cause 3, CSgo & firewartch I would also use the build to stream on twitch

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

I would like to be able to play games on medium or high settings with good FPS i.e. playable over 30 FPS

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)? 450 to 470

In what country are you purchasing your parts? I am Living in Ireland but I am Purchasing my parts from Germany

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

@BensUniverse

You can build a pc for 450-470 euros, that isn't the problem. It will even have sort of decent graphics at 1080p in most games, even GTA V and other AAA games.

But also streaming?! I don't think you can realistically build a pc with which you can stream and game at the same time (especially the games you're talking about) for 450-470 euros and have an enjoyable experience as well.

Just one more question, do you want your pc to be all new parts? Because if you consider usedparts, you'll maybe be able to get something going.

And now I think of it, do you already have the games you're talking about?(because the aren't dirt cheap)

Well that's a shame. I don't know the Irish usedparts market that well (obviously), so I'm not able to tell you otherwise, but I had expected there to be atleast some sort of online secondhand market for such stuff or a few pc stores that sell usedparts/used pc's. So that would mean saving up a bit more. For what you're looking for (new), I would say you need about 700 euros at least (would still be a bit cramp), but at 800 you would be totally fine to stream, game and still enjoy it.

This would be a great system to stream and game on and budget and have not just okay-ish quality: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kgWPMp

For a bit less (about 700 dollars) this is a good one: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/RZTNR

But if you have the time, might as well save up for the 800. (prices will differ quite a bit for you Country, look it up to have a precise number).

Buying now is also possible, but make sure you buy some parts which will last you a long time, even if you upgrade. If you go for a 80+ gold 650W psu, you can even run cards like the 390, 980ti and probaply all the next gen cards as well. The same goes for the case: buy a case which isn't to small so you won't have any trouble fitting other stuff when you're upgrading (lookning at pcpartpicker for popular cases can also help). And the last thing you'll use for some time is the HDD/SSD, so buying one which is good quality and right size (SSD min 120gb en HDD min 1TB) will save you a lot of costs when you're upgrading in the future.
