You could get an enclosure for $15:00 you sure you want to go all the way to $50:00 ?  For that sort of money you could get an external enclosure that allready had a drive in it.

From looking around usb 3.0 enclosures seam to be around that.

They go for between 10-15$ on Amazon. Just get one from there with decent reviews. I would look for one with a removable cable.

Dearest I can see there is $35:00 most seem around the $10:00 to $15:00 range

If you want to spend more money, Zalman makes a 2.5" enclosure that has a cd emulator intgrated, so it acts like an external optical drive. You apparently can just put ISO's in a special folder on the drive and then you can boot from them. It's about 50$, but unless you want that feature, I'd go with a regular enclosure
