Hard Drive Issue

I built my computer yesterday, and have a hard drive and SSD. They both show up in Device Manager, but the Hard Drive doesn't show up anywhere else, and I can't save data to it. Any ideas?

You need to go into Disk Managment and format it.

So, it isn't showing up in Administrative tools> create and format hard disks  ?

Okay, I do see it there, and I initialized it. Will I have to restart to see it, or are there more steps?

Do you already have it formatted with any data on there at all, or is it a completely blank drive?
