Odd issue

At random when browsing the web I am getting this:

 

60LeUUM.jpg?1

 

When I go ctr alt del and task manager it is gone again and I can't print screen hence the photo.

 

GPU is a fury x over an hdmi cable. anyone knows what is wrong?
