X64 exception 3. Help plz?

Oh no... Msi 760GMA - p34 won't boot into Windows 10. Very bad... Need to fix. See attachment... When I hit the power key, I see the MSI logo and hear one beep. After that, list of SATA drives. All correct. Then I see "2.2 TB infinity" screen. Then the error below shows up. All parts are still under warranty.
