LG 29UM67-P worth $309

I am able to get this monitor and i was wondering 

1. Do many games support this resolution, if I'm able to go on WSGF?2560x1080(21:9)

2. Will my R9 290x 8GB run these with the monitor being freesync with refresh with 75Hz?

The 29UM67-P is 60h/z, not 75.

 

Its a good screen and the pixel density is fine at that size, but what concerns me is the quoted 5ms refresh rate is only with freesync. Most outlets are quoting 15ms when not using freesync. Which is pretty laggy. 

 

Also 60hz isn't anything to write home about.

I'm also seeing that 21:9 isn't natively supported in most games, but will most AAA games be solved with the WSGF forums and with flawless widescreen?
