i mean improving airflow would in theory lower temps. and to power more fans if you have no more PWM fan headers open youd have to buy a fan splitter. or power them by molex if your PSU has molex (get a fan splitter)

Rear exhaust would help, bottom intake not so much. I just added some SP120s to my dad's prebuilt since the case is so crappy it actually needs a lot of fans to get any airflow.

The 230T you have in the link is not bad though, if you arrange the fans that come with it correctly then it will do a good job and you won't need extra fans. Just be sure to balance the amount of exhaust and the amount of intake. Positive pressure is good but not too much.

My biggest question was wiring so the http://www.ncix.com/detail/corsair-air-series-sp120-120mm-90-70460.htm would pug a 3pin to my motherboard?

Yes, that's how it works but that's a pretty terrible price for a very loud fan.
Adding an extra exhaust at the back and an intake and the bottom would probably help graphics card temps.
