i just bought a new motherboard and left it in the car for a couple of hours and its -19 degrees Celsius outside here in Canada. i was wonder would it be damaged ?

It will be fine, warm it up slowly and make sure the condensation is gone and it is completely dry the time you use it

Just so long as you let it get to room temperature before you use it you'll be fine. Just leave it in the box for a day to be sure. Better to be over cautious than to fry something because the condensation wasn't quite gone
