Noctuas are better for low RPMs, Typhoons are better for mid to high RPMs.

Don't confuse RPM with CFM.  I don't have specific experience between these two models themselves BUT depending on how the fan is engineered you could possibly get very decent air flow at a low RPM yielding a quieter experience.

Sorry, but AP-15 wins in static pressure(mm/H20)

I use NoiseBlocker eLoop which has almost identical performance with the AP-15 cos they don't look boring lol. Have AP-15 in pull, eLoop in push

NB PL-2's are great for low fpi rads too, do check'em out.

how many times have we got to vote on a fan set? these go topics are not

productive. ask a simple question (that prolly has already been answered about

fans) of needs, budget and performance. many other fans can have the ability

as what is listed. plus gimped because of location, cost and availability.
