HWMonitor TMPIN2 Good Temperature?

When I play games I usually have task manager, CAM and HWMonitor Up on my other screen so I can see whats happening etc... Ive only just seen that my TMPIN2 Temperature is at -46Degrees C. Is this bad or good, because Im not too sure..

looked around for a while and it seems to be the south bridge from what i could tell, TMPIN2 is the south bridge TMPIN1 the north bridge and TMPIN3 some bugged out temperature the HWMonitor likes to play with, i dont know if this is acurete but this is what i could find. -46C is really freaking cold but its probably nothing to worry about

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Like said, those are mobo sensors. They are known to be inaccurate or even broken most of the time. Just ignore them. Mobo components can do 110C.
