ok I think I will go with a 980TI

I left out the mass storage drive because that is easy to just add later.

You can save a few by leaving out the CPU cooler and using the stock Intel cooler.  The stock cooler is louder though.

Does anyone have tips on building a skylake gaming pc. What parts should I use (i5, i7 cpu, hyper x or corsair vengeance ddr4 ram etc..)

No tips.... not without a budget.  ;)

Where do you live?  What is this PC for?  Do you need a monitor, or mouse, or keyboard, or headset/speakers?  Do you need Windows?

I need a budget, how much do you want to spend?

Why on earth do you have a copy of Win10 32-bit only?  I am pretty sure that if you buy 32 bit, you have access to the 64 bit as well... I could be wrong about that.

In prior versions of windows, I believe that you can download the 64 bit of windows and use the same key to install.

I have built(US):

Skylake i5-6500

Asus H170 Pro (Not an extreme gamer, don't want or need the high power usage)

16Gig DDR4-2400

256Gig Samsung 850EVO

My only regret was not getting the Samsung 950 pro nvme ssd.  Saving up for it.

really? well you learn something new every day.

How big of a video card do you want?  Your budget dictates that you should start at around a R9 390/GTX970 and you have enough room to go right the the best GPU:  the GTX 980Ti.

Yeah, but you would be better off with a single GTX 980Ti.  Don't SLI 970s when you have the option of a single 980Ti, even at 1080p.  The 980Ti can keep up with dual 970s and you do not have to fuss with SLI profiles.

these are the parts I have chosen for my pc: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/jol159/saved/#view=qnZNnQ

Everything looks fine except the power supply, and maybe the CPU cooler.

Go back to the Seasonic EVO I had.  The Corsair CX line is terrible for the money.  Low quality internal components.

The Hyper 212 EVO is loud.  Go with a BeQuiet! Pure Rock or the Cryorig Ultimate (the H7 is not available in the UK).
