NV Control Panel keeps crashing

So i took my GTX750Ti out as its hot here atm and wanted to cool my system down as i didnt need it atm and when i turned my comp back on Nvidia Surround had disabled and every time i tried to configure it NV CP crashed. I have tried re installing drivers, Rolling back to yesterday and putting the 750Ti back in and nothing works.
I can enable surround what do i do :'(

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.
Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

I am currently trying to install a older driver to see if that helps

why do you have a 750ti for physx in the first place?

are you trying to decrease your performance for some reason?

you know that using the 980ti for physx will give you much better performance right...
