Time for a upgrade

I have an Galaxy S3 and its about time for a upgrade I think :P. I'm thinking about a phone that's under $250. I've looked at the opeplus phones and also the Nexus 5x but they all have reasons not to buy them.. I'm looking for a phone with an SD card slot and good hardware. I would love to hear what you guys have in mind ^-^ Thank you
