Hardware Changes & Windows 7

Ok so I'm still running on Windows 7 and tomarrow I'll be reciving my new motherboard/CPU and memory..

I'm gonna be doing a reformat/clean install of Windows 7 but what I wanted to know is am I gonna run in to any issues with having all new hardware? Will my Windows 7 Ultimate key still work? or am I gonna have to contact Microsoft or anything?

Just lookin for feedback.

your key should work fine
