CPU thermal throttle problem

 pls help me. I buy this day a brand new asus mobo but when i boot it up the idle temp of my cpu is 56 and getting higher? is there a problem with my new motherboard or my cpu?

 

my cpu specs:

i5-4670k

asus b85m-gamer

8gb gskills ddr3 133mhz ram

 

pls help me guys.. really much appreciate a help for this one. i reseat my cpu and reapply new thermal paste but still the problem occurs.

what is the cpu cooler, and did you make sure it is properly seated?

my cooler is seidon 120v. Yah, I already reseated the procie thrice.

When I first boor up my pc i went to bios and I'm monitoring the cpu temp then every second the cpu temp is increasing. what I'm suppose to do?

yeah its working and not making any strange noise.. this is my temp in my cpu right now. I am only browsing and and downloading files.

I use realtemp to check my cpu temp then my minumum is 50+ and its not hot in my room. how come it reached 50+ for just only browsing.

anyone?any ideas what is the problem? I troubleshoot my p.c more than 4 hours before I post my problem here. I'm really stressed out with this. Any help I really appreciate it guys.

Have you tried using the stock cooler and see if its any better? 

 

Also, did you just get the processor recently?  Maybe you can RMA it if you can't find a solution, Intel should have a 3 year warranty.

I'm not familiar with the Seidon. Does that come with pre-applied thermal paste or do you apply it yourself?
