Can't find my phone on google device manager or play..(using my computer)

I have a Z3 yet I'm unable to find it using the device manager page or playstore page on my computer

As in you do not see it or it cant locate it

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

By the way I have this device (that I can see on the playstore page ) which isnt even the same phone or in the same country. I have changed my password but it was last used April 10th 2015 ( I changed my password the next day!) I cant remove it from my thing i do believe it is irrelevant to my phone being unable to be on the playstore page or device manager page since I can see mmy nexus 7 2012 tablet on it !
