Hi i want to build a new computer for gaming with a 1500$ Can budget. I found every part on newegg.ca  on 12 fev 2016

I'm pretty beginner so i need tips thank's

What do you think about Skylake cpu  ?

The 600w power suply is enough for gtx 970 and OC cpu? 

The Cooler Master RR-212X is ok for OC cpu ?

Honestly, 600W is far enough, but PLS get a better one (EVGA/Seasonic/XFX/be quiet).

SSD is not a top choice AFAIK, will do it's job but there are better drives out there. The CPU cooler will allow you a mild to moderate oc on that chip
