Posted February 12, 2016 I just got a new laptop with 3840 x 2160 native resolution (nvidia 980m) but I have a 1920 x 1080 dell g2410 monitor I was using before with an old laptop. Right now, I can't get the screens to split correctly. the 24" 1080 screen is displaying huge icons and the 15.6" screen looks fine but when dragging windows across it makes life difficult. I have display fusion pro for window management and it worked fine before on the old laptop. The old one was a 14" hp pavilion dm4, nothing special with crap for native resolution. any assistance would be great, trying to make the 24" dell my main monitor and the laptop the side one just to clarify Current Rig: ASUS Prime Z390-P, Core i7 9700k, 48GB DDR4 3200 G.Skill Ripjaws V RAM, EVGA RTX 2080 Super Black, 512 GB NVME SSD boot drive, 2TB HDD, 360mm CoolerMaster MasterLiquid AIO, 1200W Rosewill Photon power supply Former Rig (RIP 11-29-19): Cyberpower Fangbook 4 Xtreme CPU: Intel i7-6700K GPU: Nvidia 980m 8GB RAM: 24GB DDR4 2133 SSD: 250GB Samsung 850 EVO Main Drive: 1TB 7200 RPM SATA
 Posted February 12, 2016 I assume you have windows dispay scaling active as the PPI of the laptop screen is very high. But this is also applied to your external screen. I think you can't set the scaling for every monitor individually but I could be wrong. Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil
