Do People on Ebay Not Like Previously Overclocked Cards?

Selling my 290 soon, and am wondering if people on eBay freak out over previously overclocked cards. I've been told that most people do, but wonder what you guys think.

People buying used hardware know, or at least should know, or expect it to have been run OC'd a bit. Well if it has that installed then it's kind of a given that it's been overclocked. Just don't mention it, and if you do really want to then mention the clocks it is stable at. Don't talk about overvolting or anything though, people tend to shy away from that.
