I bought it because my old drive crashed, it wasnt in the original build

Is it not a problem that the i3 6100 is only a dual core? I think I would prefer a quad core for heavy games

the 6100 is a dual core, but uses socket 1151

its not the best, but it is cheap as hell and easily upgradeable in the future if you need more or get more money

if you can squeeze some cash though, go for a 6600k
